I'm working on some edit wizards and I'm getting an Error I'm not used
to :) (No not the "don't panics")
The following error occurred:

javax.xml.transform.TransformerException:
java.lang.IllegalStateException: can't declare any more prefixes in this
context
MMBase 1.7.4
Anyone experience with this one?
