FYI,

Everybody who checked in something lately has probably remarked that it
was virtually impossible to check in 2 things rapidly after each others.

This was caused by the fact that the cvs-mailing list archive was
recreated on each check in, because a check-in causes a mail to that
list, and the reindixing caused a massive cpu load during a considerable
time.

Justin has solved this by removing this immediate recreation, and
replaced it by an hourly cron-job (Thanks a lot, Justin!)..

The effects of this are:
- Using CVS is a whole lot more comfortable again
- The drawback is that all list-archives have a small 'latency' now.
This message will e.g. appear on http://lists.mmbase.org/arc/developers/
only on 10:13, because the cron job is scheduled at 13 minutes after
  the hour.
