after executing following commands you should have a jar
maven scm:checkout-project
cd mmbaseconfig
maven jar
No copying of files

I can fix this by copying the global project.properties into the
mmbaseconfig folder (after that the dependancies can be
downloaded),
but i was just wondering if this was the right approach.
