Which application documentation do you mean? I have included two html- files:

the first (index_jsp.html) is the index.jsp; and
the second is the new index.html.

When you compare them you'll see that the first contains far less entries then the first, a lot of documentation is completely missing (!) because the org.mmbase.util.DocumentationIndex does not now how to find it. A prefer adding new documentation entries by hand which has also the advantage of being able to comment on your entries.
