This friday I submitted a fix for the followign bug:
#6679 (Pending) - Editwizards: search popup lists disregard (change
relation) privilige.
Can someone who has a security system that actually sets/tests change
relation privileges test - and confirm/deny - whether this fix works?
Then I can close this bug.
