working at the VPRO for implementing a new website. Peter is missing
some functionality in MMBase 1.7.4 that already exists in MMBase 1.8
but that isn't backported to MMBase 1.7.4. He would like to backport
some functionality (and maybe some bugfixes) to MMBase 1.7.4. For this
reason i would like to introduce him to obtain committors rights.
