I would like to remove all the links to PDF's from the documentation
index page. Generating pdf's proved to be very resourceful to be done
every nightly build and the pdf's were excluded form it. After that
someone even removed the pdf's from the default build because
generating them lead to to much errors.
I would like to propose to move all pdf links to and extra index
page: index-pdf via which you can reach the documentation in pdf if
you wish and have gone through the trouble of generating them all.
