I can see the usefulness, specifically for modules such as sendmail or
jdbc. I would advocate to make it more generic by having Module apply it
by default, rather than needing to call it for each module.
Perhaps your explanation is best added in
documentation/administrators/configuration.xml, or perhaps a separate
file in the administrators documentation dir.
