1.2a contains a fix for a out-of-memory problem between admin tools and
a router when defining new queues via this tools (> 10 new queues at
once). It is a rare case to run into this. That is the reason why I
don't announce it but updated the distribution at Nov 8th. There is also
a patch available (jar-file replacement):
