That is a timing problem which sometimes occurs on different platforms.
For release 2.0 we've changed the whole thread pooling/dispatching
mechanism. This completly different impl doesn't have any problems.
Unfortunately you have to wait for the 2.0 in January because we cannot
provide a patch for that (too much changes in other components).
