I noticed that the router grows and grows (memory wise ;) when I send a
continous
stream of messages. Then, sometimes right in the middle of this sending
process, the
memory footprint of the router drastically reduces again. I wonder if this is
just the
regular Java GC or if that's an SMQ internal GC (what do all those cleanup
intervals do, and what is the unit, milliseconds ?) ?? In our application, a
small
memory footprint is CRUCIAL so I wouldn't mind sacrificing performance for
memory.
So, if there's any way to keep the memory footprint small, please let
me know.
Thanks,
S. Zwedler
