I think is good to know that source code licenses are possible and that
Swift MQ users can talk to Swift MQ about it. However, only serious
inquires should be made. Source code licenses that I've seen *start* in the
USD $100,000 - 250,000 range.

p.s. Kudos to the Swift MQ crew for makinge a great product over the last
few years and for the very responsive support

I think I should clarify some things. SwiftMQ is a **commercial** product
from the beginning. The only difference is that it is freeware. As every
commercial product is has [now] professional support, it has a developers
forum [this list], there are bug report and feedback mail accounts, and we
will enhance the developers section on swiftmq.com step by step. There is
also the possibility to buy a source code license but that is not
intended for small sized companies because it is not cheep.

It makes absolutely no sense to begin a discussion here about open up the
source or providing a cheep NDA license. One cannot compare SwiftMQ with
an open source product because it is a commercial product. The only reason
why I have provided free support was the unavailability of a professional
support infrastructure.

And David: I know about the 2 problems with SwiftMQ you mentioned here
multiple times. I cannot reconstruct it here. Especially the
authentication problem is a big question mark for me. So if you are able
to reconstruct it, file a bug report with the traces and send it to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] I do not ignore you or any of your sentences but I
must be able to reconstruct it, otherwise I can't help you.

If you think you should switch to an open source JMS, just do it. I know
all of them and I know how they are build "Hey, I've created a diff for
this and that..." "Yeah, thanks". We work very different here.

And, btw, this list is not the place to discuss which open source JMS is
the best.
