Title: RE: [developers] failsafe jms-client

Not sure, since we only implement the ExceptionListener interface on
our queue receivers.  I haven't tried tests of bringing down the router
with an active queue sender. Most of our messages are sent one at a time:  connect, send
1 mesg, disconnect.
