The callback is serialized in a round robin fashion. It is in the JMS spec
in section 4.4.16.

Subject: [developers] MessageListeners
Hello,
I have been looking through the mail list archives for an answer to this
question, and can't find it. The JMS spec is a little vague on this point
and
I was hoping that someone could answer it for me:
If I have multiple threads servicing a queue that are registered as message
listeners for that queue, do they all receive a message listener event for
an
object that appears on the queue, or do they receive events serially? I
suspect it is the former, but I thought I would ask.
Thanks,
-ronc
