My 'own bugfixes' are just temporary ones to solve a problem until a more permanent solution is implemented. Usually it's easy to find the piece of code that causes a problem, while at the same time it's hard to find out what that piece of code is intended to do. In these cases I prefer to submit a bugreport to the developers mailinglist, mentioning the temporary fix. In response to this one of the authors of the code can implement a permanent solution and put this in cvs. Also, as I have mentioned a number of times before, I'm unable to access CVS at the moment due to the firewall I'm currently working behind. Whatever changes I would want to commit have to wait. Rob van Maris
