The MMBase developers team is proud to present the final Release of
MMBase-1.6.0.
Highlights are:

MMBase is distributed in two different 'flavours', mmbase-src and
mmbase. First is the source distribution and the second is the binary
distribution.
The binary distribution's target users are end-users and first-time
users. It contains a working hsqldb database and applications (including
builders) needed for the examples can be installed.
The source distribution's target users are developers who like to start
building their own MMBase.
The final release can be downloaded from
<http://www.mmbase.org/download>. This page will be updated somewhere
tomorrow (friday), untill then you can download it from
<http://www.mmbase.org/releases/>
