Call for:
Removing the EncodeCop VWM

Description:
The EncodeCop is a virtual webmaster that encodes media. This code was only used by the VPRO. The code is not generic and therefor not usable in other situations. To keep the core of MMBase clean i want to propose to remove these two obsolete classes. i.e.
org.mmbase.module.builders.vwms.EncopeCop.java, and
org.mmbase.module.builders.vwms.EncopHandler.java.

I want to remove more code but i will make another call for that. I also don't want to keep this code in e.g. the speeltuin cvs because that doesn't add any value.

Actions:
remove two java files from the MMBase cvs 1.7.
