Call for committer Nico klasens

Hi developers,

Lately i received quite some stuff (and there is more to come) from Nico that I had to commit in the MMBase repository.
e.g. Nico has been working on Concurrency problems, Oracle support, scanparser, scan editor files, and probably much more that i am forgetting now.

Nico is also an active memeber on the developers mailing list, and he will probably stay this for some time.

For these reasons I ask your votes to give Nico the status of a committer.
