[ANNOUNCEMENT] MMBase-1.6.1 release available

The MMBase developers team is proud to present the Release of
MMBase-1.6.1.

MMBase-1.6.1 is the first bugfix release and it'll not be the last one :) . We're going to try to release a bugfix release every month.
Besides the monthly official release, there will be a weekly build on saterday night. This weekly build can be downloaded from the nightly builds page <http://www.mmbase.org/download/builds/>.

MMBase is distributed in two different 'flavours', mmbase-src and
mmbase. First is the source distribution and the second is the binary
distribution.

The binary distribution's target users are end-users and first-time
users. It contains a working hsqldb database and applications (including
builders) needed for the examples can be installed.

The source distribution's target users are developers who like to start
building their own MMBase.

The release can be downloaded from <http://www.mmbase.org/download>.
