[WARNING] jikes.1.16 doesn't compile mmbase 1.6.1

Hi,

I just spent the last 2 day wondering why some editwizards did not work.
apparently this is due to bugs in jikes 1.16 (keep it in mind)

I haven't tried 1.18 yet
and compiling with javac worked fine.
