Please use code conventions

This is a repeated request to all the developers out there (both new and old) to use the code-conventions we have set up for MMBase.
While we may still be refining these conventions, we ask you to follow those in place.
This includes not using tabs in your java code, and following naming conventions for methods.
This will all help us creating a source pool that is consistent and maintainable.
