Sounds ok to me.....If people are willing to test they can use this build and start testing next week.
I did some basic tests on 1.6.4, found some bugs, solved them, and created a jdk1.4 build which I put it in:

If we agree that the current MMBase-1_6 cvs can indeed be RC1 I'll trigger a jdk 1.3 build on the mmbase.org machine itself.
