Yes that's what i mean. Do you leave the aggregation of the data in the
RSS feed to the reader of the feed or is possible to add parameters to
the query to make a selection. Something like

http://3voor12.vpro.nl/3voor12/rss/index.jsp?description=rotterdam

to filter all items that contain rotterdam in the description.
