Until now we cannot put the mmchat minutes on the new MMBase web site, so we will start posting them on this list until we can put them online.

This evening (11 dec 2003) or tomorrow Gerard will post a vote for the freeze for the new MMBase release 1.7
Gerard will ask the foundation to help with testing the new MMBase 1.7 release.
- Developer Meeting
Again we want to introduce regular developers meetings. We could plan them once every two months. The idea is to discus some technical issues, and to talk about the development of MMBase in general. We are thinking about planning the first meeting at the end of this year to start celebrating MM004 alias MMIV. The days we have in mind are : 29/30/31 of december at 14:00 till 18:00. please reply to this email if you want to come, and let us know which dates suits best.
Another idea is to organize a MMBase Bug solving day. A day in which we will solve bugs together to make the upcoming MMBase release better.
- MMBase.org web site
At this moment the web site contains 2 portals (foundation and developers) and a main portal on which general information can be posted. To avoid confusion we need to make more clean the sources of news articles and agenda items. We also need to ensure that people are not getting confused about the 2 portals, in other words, it has to be clear what is the foundation and what is the developers portal.
- New computer systems / hosting
No new information about this, we will ask Daniel to inform us with an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
