[MMBase-1.7.0] Bugday

Hi,

I think it would be a good idea to have a bugday during the freeze for 
the next release.
A bugday is a day during which all developers are working together to 
fix as much bugs as possible. Others can help and try to find (and file) 
as much bugs as possible.
We could all get together somewhere, but I don't think this could be 
arranged at such a short notice. So we have to do it on #mmbase.

I'd like to hear what people think about this and what day would be best 
for it.
