I think you should not close any project before consulting the members of
the project, or at least the leader of the concerning projects.

Taglib2 is nearly finished, but I have never said that it is completely
finished.

Richttext is not even halfway ready, and I think it was marked frozen
already. How can you close unfinished projects? 

This strikes me as very undemocratic.
