hello

Last week i put a version of the kbase online, so everyone interested could
take a look. I think it would be good to evaluate a little before we really
start using the app, so I want to invite everyone to give me some feedback
on the following questions:

- Is the datamodel sufficient? i used a simplistic approach, but perhaps it
is oversimplistic. Do we need more features, like adding images to answers
or questions?

- directory structure: are we going to think about it, or are we just going
to let it grow? Should it match the structure of the documentation?

- Linking to documentation: I don't want to copy data that is allready in
the documentation, so i guess there will be a lot of links to the
documentation. Now i noticed that lately the structure of the documentation
has changed recently, so i think we have to make shure links to documetation
in the kbase will work in the future

- who is going to maintain the information and how? I guess it will only
become a success if a lot of actual information will find it's way into the
system. Of corse i am prepared to spend a certain amount of time feeding it,
but maybe we should do it together.

allso, there is the question of what features should be added first. My
guess is searching. But what else???

Maybe we should discuss these things on a developer meeting, but the next
week one has enough topics as it is. Maybe we can have a small meeting for
people who are interested and want to be involved?

Ernst
