Just to keep a bit serious..(really) I Think that the Object/Relational mapping mmbase uses should documented (*just like the MMCI,that defines the behaviour*) to actualy make it possible to use whatever language you like to access your data http://www.mmbase.org/development/projects/project.jsp?project=14792&portal=199 The goal of the Cloud Interface Project is to define an API or a set of API's with which external presentation languages or template languages can access the internals of MMBase. Examples of such languages include SCAN (which is now largely integrated with MMBase), JSP, PHP and XML.
