Hello Nico Klasens,

I would like to see the extracted code of remote publishing. Could you
mail it to me?

Thanks,
Joris van Poppel

Hello Joris,

We (Finalist IT Group) are now the maintainer of the Web-In-A-Box
application. It is in active development (new releases) for the Gemeente
Amsterdam. You might get a recent release when you send an email to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] The WIAB release on the Framfab site is
running on mmbase 1.5. The recent releases are on 1.6 and a 1.7 release
is in development.

We created www.leeuwarden.nl based on some knowledge we found in WIAB. A
lot of people are now interested in a customized version of leeuwarden
to use for their own site. WIAB and leeuwarden both have their own cool
features which might be interesting to you.

That is it for the commercial talk. Now the techincal one.

Some time ago, I extracted the remote publishing code of wiab and put it
aside for testing. I have used the code in some project so I guess it is
back at the same stable level as it was in wiab. I could email you the
code if you want. I might add this code to the MMBase cvs when I have
some time and a internet connection available (I am now behind very well
maintained firewalls).
