For app's we host ourselves i would backup/redeploy the whole app, but for
app's which are hosted 'elsewhere' this is not an option.
The funny thing is that the builder is being redeployed when you increase
it's version, even it's version is being changed internally by MMBase....
This is not part of a new release, 1.7 / 1.8 will have a addon called packaging and
we are adding features like this (basicly a model manager for the lack of a better word).
