We just discovered an annoying edit wizard bug: the html area allows empty required fields to be stored into the database. Suppose you type some valid text into an html text area. You press the validate button and correctly validate the text area. Then you empty the html area (making it invalid) and press the save button. The empty field is stored into the database.
That's not the only annoyance in the HTML-editor of the EditWizards. It also leaves a <br /> in a field when you wish to leave it empty. On the template/JSP side of your site a <mm:field name="bla"><mm:isnotempty><mm:write /></mm:isnotempty></mm:field> then no longer evaluates as empty.
