There may still be an issue with scroll positions related to the use
of htmlareas.

I fixed issue #6317. Around the same time the htmlarea was added to the
wizards. I know that The htmlarea component requires a time-out before the
textarea's are replaced. In most cases the restoreScroll() function is
executed in the time-out of the htmlarea. The htmlarea component creates a
new iframe which receives the focus.
This nasty feature already showed up earlier.
But #6446 is still a problem?
