CALL: Moving EditState

This call is the second call for the execution of the second step in the 
Optimalization project. This step concerns moving SCAN to a separate 
application.

This vote is a proposal for how to move the EditState class out of the core.
EditState is used in the preEdit() and insertDone() methods of 
MMObjectBuilder and MMObjectNode.
We suggest to remove these  methods, and to no longer call them from the 
SCAN FieldEditor class

This change is for MMBase 1.8.
