Need help in loading in contacts.
I have prepared a file with contact person info to be loaded in.
However, during loading, i am only successful in loading in the first contact.
It gave an error message saying that record already exist.
I have checked that the names do not repeat. I am suspecting that either the contactpersonID is required. However, this field does not appear in the excel template.
Anyone has any idea?
