However, I did not make it clear enough for the "form-like". it 
should looks like those forms we might see it in pdf file, those we 
manully fill in sometime. its prompt (label) and value all in a 
frames and share the border

------------------------------------------
(lines should be connected and no gap in between)

i think it would be ok to  insert shape control to make that report, 
but is there any better way?
