Is anybody familiar with a service management tool that supports ITIL processes (Incident management, Problem management, Change management, Configuration management, Software control and distribution) and which is fully integrated with Axapta or has a suitable interface to Axapta ?
We would be very interested in such a Program or Module.
If you know such a tool, I would appreciate a reply and thanks already.
