If you want to see it for yourself, go right-click on ContactPerson table and select "Layer", you'll now have a table for each layer. But, I don't know how to see what table come from what layer. Anyway, if you'll logged in as USR you'll see which table come from USR and you could compare the ID of VendAccount Index and correct the problem by probably just deleting VendAccount Index from USR layer.
