I am hoping than someone can help me with an issue we are experiencing. It the area of production orders and phantom part numbers. We have a few configurations that use phantom part numbers to allow us the change the route of the configured part based on the selections in the configurations process. The specific configuration has a possibility of having for 1 to 5 levels based on the selections.

Now to the problems. First, Instructions attached to the route of the phantom part number are not being migrating with the route to the upper level part number. Second, the order of the route is in the incorrect order.

Example configurations: Non-Italic names are actual part numbers, Italic names - select a part number

0360-0004-00 (route: Duplicate only)
Rimage (Phantom- route: Rimage only[thermal print])
Select Media (normally cdr or dvd-r)

0360-0004-00 (route: Duplicate only)
Rimage (Phantom- route: Rimage only)
Silkscreen (Phantom- media selection)
03610-0001-00 (route: silkscreen CDR)
Select Media
Complete configuration selections: {M= Media configuration group}
0360-0004-00
-Rimage(Type:Configurable phantom w/ route) --M)Silkscreen(Type:Configurable phantom w/o route)[only one selection]
---03610-0001-00 (Type:Configurable production)
----Select media, No. of colors,Film no. --M)0361-0001-00(Type:item)
--M)Select other media --PrintInst(Type:Configurable item w/o bom or route)
---"Print per instructions","Print per file", "Print per master"
-Duplication(Type: Configurable phantom w/o route)
--Select media
-Silkscreen(Type:Configurable phantom w/o route)[only one selection]
--03610-0001-00 (Type:Configurable production)
---Select media, No. of colors,Film no.
-Injket(Type:Configurable phantom w/ route)***
--Select media
--PrintInst(Type:Configurable item w/o bom or route)
---"Print per instructions","Print per file", "Print per master"

***These instructions, in form of a NOTE on the description tab of the route, are not migrating with the route to the 0360-0004-00 route after the production order is estimated.
