Try setting the Design property "Fit To Page" to "No". When you run the report, an info box will tell you where, in height, the misplaced field is.

I have done a lot of modifications on ProjInvoice.
When upgrading from 2.5 to 3.0 the ProjInvoice report is suddenly
scaled 88 percent. I can't see any fields in the design that are
missplaced. Any idea how I can find out why the report are scaled?
