Hi charles, if you have a qty left for delivery and you need to cancel the order then you may use the functionality of changing the qty for delivery remainder . select the sales line then select the menuitem functions/delivery remainder.

hope this helps.

cheers,
Girish

Subject: [development-axapta] Cancelling Sales Order

Hi All,

Is there a standard procedure to cancel a Sales Order (including Sales Orders that are Open, Delivered or Invoiced)? I've checked the online manuals at http://technet.navision.com and can't seem to find any information on this.

Thanks in advance,
Charles
