Actually, what I need is the group totals function that appears in the Sorting tab (when there is no generated design). I notice the buildForm method in the SysQueryForm hides the tabs and the sorting features if a generated design is found. Any idea why it does this? What can I do to enable it or would I have to code my own grouping function if I have a generated design?

Hi fellow developers,


I plan to customize the CustInvoice report by adding in a new field. However after I have generated a design, the "Print Options" tab no longer appears at the print pop up, when I click the print button. If I delete the generated design and revert back to the autodesignspec, the "Print Options" tab becomes available again. One option I could think of is customizing directly on the autodesignspecs bu I am told thats not recommended.

How do I customize this report and still retain the "Print Options" feature?
