I have seen the error before, when my %TEMP% partition was running full.
Is the report using a temporary table?

Does anyone know what errno = 13 is? - The error message appears when
trying to run a stock balance report and suggests looking in a file
called errno.h for it's meaning.
The actual message said "Cannot open the data file $TMP0501.$$$ - Error
code from operating system errno = 13"
Any ideas anyone?
