Thanks 
for the response. But it does not seem to be the case here.
In 
this case we are talking about a ProjInvoiceProposal. When the document was 
made, the customer was not able to edit the restriction.
We 
logged on, and was able to edit (talking about the same callerrecord, callerform 
here). But later the customer tried again - not able to edit. We logged on and 
now we were not able to edit????
