If we go back a little bit to Version 2.5 there are some license codes
that are not checked against the application. So what I meant was that I
am not sure if the dimensions license code is evaluated against the
number of dimensions you have installed.
Regarding your license agreement you must have the code for four
dimensions if you use them but if there is no check between the code and
the dimensions function it would work also without or with the standard
license.
Back to your problem is the busrel form the only form where the
dimension field is missing?
I just checked my own installation. It seems that within the busrel form
the autodatagroup is not used. So the field were added manually and an
extension of your dimension has no effect on the bus relform. So just
and the fourth dimension manually or setup the group with the busrel
datasource and use the DataGroup Dimension (probably how have to create
it)!

I have used the document from technet to get it done in the past. I
check the document nothing has been changed since I downloaded it a
while back.
What is interesting in your reply is the question whether the fields
are visible in the table browser. I have checked it and yes I can
see the added dimensions. In standard there are 3, and I just added
one dimension.
And Yes, I have all the license codes that are needed to extend the
dimensions. It works in the LedgerTable.
Can you explain me what you mean with I am not sure if the check is
already working! What check are we talking about?
