Sorry I think they had an
inhouse one available in the end.
On customer uses Adobe PDF writer printer driver
(v8 I think, they no longer
provide stand alone printer driver)., this of
course not free.
Others are the main freeware out there...cutepdf I
think is one of the more
popular ones but I dont have any reference
customer sites for the freeware
ones sorry about the original somewhat misleading
