Quite
a few forms in Axapta are controlled by a classes. Such classes usually
control which fields, buttons are visible etc etc etc. One more example is CLASS
SalesEditLineForm.
For
what you are doing it might help to take a look at form
salescreateorder.

i require to come out a form slightly similar to the free text
invoice. New sales order record should inserted to the salesTable and
salesLine if the button is click.
