Without code : in the actual Field that you want to sum go into the properties ant then In the sum all field you need to change it to yes. That should work
If not use code in the body create an execute method to add up all your amounts and then maybe a display method in a footer or a programmable section. For your subtotals that you need you can call them from the execute method on your body and then use a programmable Section to put the sub totals in.
