That is right. You can modify the classes/SqlDatabaseinit to use recidsPerTable, but 
this has some side effects that isn't nice. Actually it doesn't work and as far as I 
know it is not supported official.

You could change the System variable INDEX to value 64, which should, according to 
training materials, make RecIds unique not within company, but within Company + Table
