In Axapta, you may create auto title field, by setting properties "TitleField1" and "TitleField2" in the Table (ex. SalesTable). Then, at the form Design, set the property "TitleDatasource" to the table datasource.
"TitleField1" is the first displayed field in the form and "TitleField2" is the second one. "TitleDatasource" is the displayed datasource in the form.

Hi,
You can edit the setCaptionText() method on the SalesTable form.
Good luck
