I'm a student and must create a new functionality for Axapta.
I want to stock in and out goods but i don't want to create a
salesOrder or purchaseOrder because these items are not mine.
I think about using Movement journal. If i do so, i must specify all
active dimension from dimension group when i post it. So my first
idea breakdown when i post a journal movement created like an order
from my custumer. I had to specify all dimensions when i send my
order. Having all the workflow work is difficult because items go
from order status directly to purchase status for an stock intrance
with my second idea. So i have to program and maintain my own
workflow and use mouvement journal only when items are effectively in
or out my stock. In consequence, we can't use prediction about
inventory because transaction are not post to axapta (cause dimension
must be filled, batch, pallet, places, Warehouse).
So i have to maintain the workflow manually. I don't appreciate this
idea because it doesn't use really the standard Axapta but it's the
only idea i have. SomeOne have another one?
